As a rule, your data will be processes for the duration of order processing and service provision, including complaint services and warranty obligations, or until effective submission of your objection to data processing, when the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller.

The data processing time can be extended, when processing is necessary to determine and pursue any claims or defend against them, and thereafter only if and to the extent required by law. Upon the expiration of the processing period the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
